Qualifications

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development.
Expert proficiency in 3D CAD software and advanced simulation packages.
Proven experience leading complex design projects and driving technical innovation.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead the conceptualization, design, and optimization of complex mechanical systems and components.
Develop detailed 3D models, perform advanced simulations (FEA, CFD), and create comprehensive technical documentation.
Oversee design reviews, ensuring adherence to project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
