Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's in Mechanical Engineering.
• 12+ years of progressive mechanical engineering leadership.
• Experience with CAE tools Abaqus and COMSOL Multiphysics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development and implementation of complex mechanical systems.
• Set and drive the technical direction for mechanical engineering initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a remote engineering team to achieve high performance.
• Oversee structural, thermal and dynamic analyses to ensure design integrity.
• Collaborate with senior management, product development and manufacturing to define scope and deliverables.
• Champion innovation to improve performance, efficiency and cost-effectiveness with advanced mechanical solutions.
