Formación

• PhD or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years in mechanical engineering with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience in complex mechanical design, FEA, CFD, and validation.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and large projects.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with strong communication.
• Expertise in project planning, risk management, and technical decision-making.
