The role requires a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years in mechanical design and automation, with expertise in CATIA/SolidWorks/NX and CAE tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years in mechanical design and automation.
• Experience designing complex machinery, robotics, or automated equipment.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (CATIA, NX, SolidWorks) and PLM/PDM systems.
• Experience with CAE tools for structural, dynamic, and thermal analysis (FEA, CFD).
• Strong understanding of mechatronics, control systems, motion control, and industrial automation.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication in a remote, crossfunctional team setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead the mechanical design and development of advanced manufacturing systems, robots, and automated lines.
• Conceptualize, design, and document complex assemblies using 3D CAD.
• Perform stress, dynamic, kinematic, and thermal analyses to validate designs.
• Collaborate with electrical, controls, software, and project management teams.
• Define requirements, specify components, and select materials for high-speed manufacturing.
• Oversee integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Develop and execute testing and validation plans for prototypes.
• Mentor junior engineers within the remote team.
• Contribute to internal design standards and best practices.
