Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Microbiology or related scientific field.
• 8+ years in Quality Assurance with hygiene/sanitation focus.
• 3+ years in leadership/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership for remote teams.
• Proficient in QA data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine hygiene QA programs.
• Lead a remote team of Hygiene Quality Assurance Specialists.
• Conduct remote audits of sanitation processes and facilities.
• Analyze QA data and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations and Product Development.
• Prepare detailed QA reports for senior management.
• Stay updated on evolving hygiene standards and regulations.
• Deliver training on QA procedures.
• Manage external audits and inspections.
