Placements24 is seeking an innovative and experienced Remote Hygiene Compliance Officer to leadOur sanitation oversight initiatives. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in hygiene, sanitation, regulatory compliance, or related field.
• Experience developing and implementing compliance programs and conducting audits.
• Strong understanding of sanitation best practices and health/safety legislation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, reporting and presentation abilities.
• Proficient with digital tools for data analysis and project management.
• Remote-work experience is highly desirable.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive hygiene and sanitation compliance programs.
• Conduct virtual audits and inspections for standards and regulatory adherence.
• Analyze compliance data, identify trends, and prepare actionable reports.
• Collaborate with site managers to address gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Create remote training materials to ensure staff competency.
• Manage compliance documentation and records for accessibility.
• Serve as the primary contact for compliance inquiries and issues.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to ongoing updates of policies and procedures.
