Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive hygiene quality assurance programs and protocols.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of Hygiene Quality Assurance Specialists, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback.
• Conduct remote audits and assessments of sanitation processes, facilities, and products to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Analyze QA data to identify trends, systemic issues, and areas for improvement; develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Product Development teams to ensure hygiene and safety considerations are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed reports on QA findings, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations for senior management.
• Stay abreast of evolving hygiene standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, ensuring our programs remain current and effective.
• Develop and deliver training materials on QA procedures and hygiene best practices to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage external audits and inspections by regulatory bodies or certification agencies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, Environmental Health, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, with a significant focus on hygiene, sanitation, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, managing a team.
• Deep understanding of QA principles, GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing robust QA programs.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
