Placements24 is seeking a Remote Quality & Sanitation Assurance Manager to establish and maintain high hygiene and quality standards across distributed operations. This fully remote role leverages digital tools to conduct audits, train teams, and monitor compliance.

You will drive continuous improvement in sanitation practices while aligning with industry regulations. The ideal candidate has strong QA and sanitation expertise, excels at remote leadership, and can develop comprehensive policies

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Sanitation Management with remote oversight experience.
• In-depth knowledge of hygiene principles, cleaning protocols and quality management systems.
• Experience developing and implementing comprehensive policies and procedures.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools for audits, project management and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee sanitation and quality assurance policies and procedures across the organization.
• Conduct virtual audits and inspections to assess compliance with hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to address sanitation issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver remote training programs for staff on quality and sanitation best practices.
• Monitor KPIs related to hygiene and quality and report findings to management.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Manage documentation related to sanitation, quality control, and compliance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for sanitation and quality inquiries.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes in hygiene and quality.
• Foster a culture of quality and cleanliness through effective communication.
