Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer to spearhead engineering at our FinTech startup. This fully remote role leads developers, architects, and engineers, setting coding standards and delivering high-quality, scalable software in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive the technology roadmap, oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and mentor teams to foster engineering excellence while collaborating with product and design stakeholders to define roadmaps and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering or related field.
8+ years in full-stack development, with 3+ years in lead/architect role.
Expertise in backend languages (Python, Node.js, Java, Go).
Strong frontend experience (React, Angular, Vue).
Databases: relational and NoSQL design/management.
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure or GCP.
Microservices, REST APIs and DevOps practices.
FinTech domain experience is desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack web apps using modern technologies.
Architect scalable, secure backend systems and APIs.
Develop responsive front-end interfaces.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote best practices.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements and roadmaps.
Manage cloud infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
