Qualifications

Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
Experience in system architecture, embedded systems, or power electronics.
Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects and manage technical teams.
Expertise in simulation, modeling, and debugging tools.
Strong remote leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and development of complex electrical systems from concept to production.
