Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in electrical design engineering with lead or senior capacity.
• Experience with PSCAD and DIgSILENT PowerFactory.
• Proven ability to lead remote engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for complex projects from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed schematics, system layouts, and single-line diagrams.
• Perform load flow, short-circuit, and relay coordination analyses.
• Mentor and guide a remote team of engineers and designers.
• Review documents to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
