Qualifications

• Master's degree in ECE or related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in early childhood education with curriculum design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative early years curricula across learning domains.
• Create comprehensive lesson plans, activities, and assessments aligned with standards.
• Develop digital modules, interactive content, and multimedia resources.
• Collaborate with SMEs and designers to produce high-quality educational materials.
• Pilot and evaluate new curriculum components with feedback for improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other curriculum developers and educators.
• Ensure content is inclusive, culturally responsive, and meets diverse learning needs.
