Placements24 seeks an experienced Early Childhood Curriculum Lead to shape a digital education strategy from a home office. You will design, refine, and oversee online curricula for ages 0-6, leading a remote team of educators, designers, and technologists.

In this role, you will align content with developmental milestones and standards, explore emerging edtech trends, mentor staff, and present progress to stakeholders as we expand our global online learning offerings from East London and beyond.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 8+ years in early childhood education with 5+ years in curriculum development, digital/online.
• Proven expertise in instructional design and applying technology to learning.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and pedagogy.
• Experience leading and managing remote teams.
• Creative thinker with innovative view on digital education.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms, authoring tools, CMS.
• Dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet.
• Passion for transforming early childhood education via digital innovation.
