The ideal candidate has 5+ years of online curriculum design experience, proficiency with ADDIE/SAM and tools like Articulate Storyline, with a portfolio of online curriculum work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of curriculum design experience for online learning environments.
• Proficiency with ADDIE or SAM models and adult learning theories.
• Proficient with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and LMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality online curriculum aligned with learning outcomes.
• Create comprehensive content including instructional text, multimedia, activities, and assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate knowledge into online modules.
• Develop diverse assessments to measure learning and skills.
• Ensure materials meet quality standards, branding, and accessibility.
