You will shape the future content library, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and champion innovative storytelling to maintain a competitive edge in the Arts & Entertainment sector.

Formación

• 7+ years in content strategy/creative leadership in arts or entertainment.
• Proven impact on audience growth and engagement through content campaigns.
• Strong SEO, social media, and digital marketing understanding.
• Ability to mentor and lead creative teams remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across digital, social and emerging channels.
• Oversee ideation, creation and curation of high-quality content aligning with brand goals.
• Lead and mentor content creators, editors and designers with clear direction.
• Analyze performance metrics and leverage insights to optimize campaigns.
