Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 7+ years of digital content strategy in the Arts & Entertainment sector.
• Data-driven content strategies delivering measurable results.
• Experience with CMS and digital analytics tools (GA, Adobe Analytics).
• Strong SEO understanding and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; storytelling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overarching digital content strategies aligned with goals and audience insights.
• Oversee creation, curation and distribution across social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
• Conduct audience research to identify trends and engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and technical teams for cohesive messaging.
• Manage content calendars, editorial workflows and digital asset management.
• Analyze content performance and provide actionable optimization insights.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital trends in the arts & entertainment sector.
• Mentor junior content team members and foster collaboration.

• Develop and manage budgets for digital content initiatives.
