The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of social media experience, strong copywriting, and a keen eye for visuals. This fully remote position offers flexible hours and opportunities to impact a growing lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong communications or marketing background.
• Proven ability to craft engaging social content and brand narratives.
• Experience analyzing metrics and translating insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Create, curate and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage a content calendar ensuring consistent, timely posts.
• Monitor trends, updates, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Engage with online communities and respond to audience interactions.
• Analyze performance and provide regular reports with insights.
• Collaborate with design and marketing to ensure brand consistency.
• Identify influencers and brand advocates for partnerships.
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to extend reach.
• Stay updated on emerging tools and best practices.
