Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years in civil engineering; 5+ years in transport infrastructure.
• Pr.Eng. registration with ECSA.
• Proven leadership of complex road/highway projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bentley tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and project management of transportation projects (roads, bridges, interchanges).
• Develop project plans, scope, budgets and schedules.
• Prepare engineering designs, calculations and construction docs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental rules.
• Guide project teams and mentor junior engineers.
