Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is required or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design and project management.
• Professional registration with ECSA is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and excellent remote collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design and planning of civil infrastructure projects remotely.
• Oversee project execution with scope, budget, and timelines using digital tools.
• Provide technical leadership to a geographically dispersed team.
