Placements24 on behalf of a leading global management consultancy seeks a Lead Business Transformation Consultant. This fully remote, first position is designed for top-tier talent based from George, Western Cape, while working globally from a remote location.

You will guide organisations through major operational and strategic shifts, drive change management, craft strategic roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation of transformative solutions across industries.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• 10+ years in management consulting with business transformation focus.
• Proven track record in multi-year transformation programs.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead large-scale transformation projects across digital, operational and cultural change.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for client organizations and articulate compelling visions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities and innovations.
• Design and implement business process re-engineering initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor and thought leader.
• Oversee project financials, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timeline.
• Analyze market trends to inform strategic recommendations.
• Champion adoption of new technologies and methodologies to drive value.
