Placements24 is seeking a Lead Management Consultant to drive business transformation initiatives for diverse clients in a fully remote capacity. You will lead engagements, develop strategies, and oversee transformative solutions addressing complex challenges.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in management consulting with a track record of cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and client development in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in management consulting, focusing on transformation/strategy/ops.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross‑functional transformation projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; able to influence C‑suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive business transformation strategies for clients.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of objectives.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex business problems leveraging industry and functional expertise.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior client executives.
• Drive business development activities, identifying and pursuing new engagements.
• Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base and service offering development.
• Present findings and progress updates to client leadership.
