Placements24 is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead major business transformation initiatives in a fully remote South Africa role. You will architect and guide large-scale change programs, partnering with C-suite executives to define objectives, roadmaps, and adoption strategies.

You will supervise cross-functional teams, ensure delivery within budgets, and contribute to client development while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a focus on business transformation, change management, or strategy implementation.
• Proven expertise in leading complex, multi-disciplinary transformation programs in large organizations.
• Strong understanding of various business functions, including operations, finance, HR, and IT.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing virtual teams and driving results in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• A track record of building strong client relationships and generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead major business transformation projects, encompassing strategy, process improvement, and organizational change.
• Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and senior management to define transformation objectives and roadmaps.
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of current business operations and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Design and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and expertise.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and budgets to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client relationship management.
