Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level technical support for enterprise desktop, network, and server infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 issues; manage Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Document issues and escalate to senior teams as needed.
• Work remotely aligned to US EST hours.
