Supportwave, a leading MSP, seeks a Level 2 technical support specialist for a fully remote 12-month contract. You will deliver Level 2 support for MSP clients, resolving networking, cloud, and server issues during AEDT hours to maintain service quality and infrastructure improvements.

Key skills include TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, WatchGuard Firewalls, 3CX VoIP, Microsoft 365/Azure/Windows Server/Active Directory, and strong English communication.
