Placements24 is seeking a Graduate Junior Operations Manager to join a fully remote operations team. You will assist in managing day-to-day workflows, oversee inventory coordination, and help optimise fulfilment and customer service processes to improve efficiency.

You will collaborate with a dispersed team, analyze data to identify bottlenecks, and participate in the rollout of new strategies and technologies, gaining hands-on experience in operational excellence within a growing e-commerce

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Effective communication and ability to work in a remote team.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Interest in operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day management of operational workflows and processes.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Help optimise fulfilment and shipping processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Contribute to improving customer service standards and response times.
• Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of new operational strategies and technologies.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
• Help train and onboard new team members on operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in regular remote team meetings and contribute to operational planning.
