Placements24 is seeking a diligent Remote Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This fully remote role supports monthly and year-end close, reconciliations, and audits, using GAAP-compliant processes and modern software.

You will maintain accurate records, ensure timely processing of AP/AR, and contribute to budgeting analyses. Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently are essential in this growing e‑commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
