Qualifications

• Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid understanding of virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V.
• Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting for switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and connectivity issues.
• Experience using remote support tools, Remote Desktop, and RemoteApp technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows workstations, servers and network infrastructure.
• Manage support requests from intake to resolution and communicate with clients throughout.
• Prioritize tickets, handle escalations, and meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with teammates across departments on complex problems.
• Create and maintain documentation to improve processes and build a knowledge base.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors when needed to resolve client issues.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver proactive, customer-focused support to build long-term relationships.
