Placements24 is seeking a motivated Graduate IT Support Specialist to join their IT department on a fully remote basis. You will be the first point of contact for user issues, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic understanding of hardware, operating systems and networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for remote support.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Document IT support requests, solutions, and procedures.
• Assist in managing IT inventory and asset tracking.
