Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure roles, remote or support-based.
• Strong knowledge of server OS (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms.
• Expertise in networking, routing, switching, and firewall management.
• Proficiency with remote management tools, monitoring software, and scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Remotely manage, monitor, and maintain server infrastructure (physical and virtual).
• Administer and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Support cloud-based services and platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Perform system updates, patch management, and security assessments.
• Diagnose and resolve IT infrastructure issues and escalate when needed.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Ensure security and integrity of IT systems and data.
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with teams to plan IT infrastructure projects.
• Respond to incidents with timely resolution to minimize downtime.
