• Admitted to practice law with at least 8 years of IP law experience.
• Proven track record in patent prosecution, IP strategy development, and IP portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of patentability requirements, infringement analysis, and IP litigation.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IP matters effectively in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive intellectual property strategies, including patent, trademark, and copyright protection.
• Manage the filing, prosecution, and maintenance of patent applications worldwide.
• Conduct freedom-to-operate analyses, patentability assessments, and infringement investigations.
• Advise on IP licensing, joint ventures, and technology transfer agreements.
