Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of inventory management experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Proficient with inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across warehouse locations and channels.
• Analyze sales data and forecasts to optimize purchasing and replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking systems and procedures.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts and data.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales to meet stock for promotions and seasonal demand.
• Reduce carrying costs by minimizing overstock and obsolescence.
• Minimize stockouts to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent lost sales.
• Generate regular inventory reports and analyze KPIs.
• Propose process improvements for inventory management efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures.
