Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance product development, management, or a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, product design, and regulatory frameworks in South Africa.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market research.
• Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in product design.
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and standard office software.
• Experience with market analysis and customer segmentation techniques.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
