Placements24 is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join a fully remote support team serving clients across Kimberley and beyond. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries about policies, billing, and general insurance needs, with a focus on resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance policies, coverage, and services.
• Assist customers with policy-related transactions, such as updates, changes, and cancellations.
• Provide clear and accurate information about billing, payments, and account statements.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Educate customers on policy benefits and available services to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
