Job summary

Blacksmith Agency invites motivated Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will use tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, maintain clean CRM records, and help drive pipeline for our Account Executives.

This is a remote South Africa role requiring about 2 years in SDR/BDR or SaaS environments, with strong written communication

Qualifications

2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback with the sales team.
