Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of experience in industrial engineering, data analysis, or operations support roles.
• Proficiency with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and SQL.
• Experience with statistical analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards tracking KPIs for operational processes.
