Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Industrial Systems Engineer to design, analyze, and optimize production lines and processes from a remote location. You will apply advanced engineering principles and digital tools to drive efficiency and sustainability across global projects.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, at least six years of experience, and strong autonomous work habits.

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial engineering, with focus on systems optimization.
Ability to work independently and manage remote projects with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in simulation software, statistical analysis, and process modeling tools.
Excellent virtual communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design and re-engineer industrial processes and systems for optimal performance using remote collaboration tools.
Conduct detailed data analysis and modeling to identify optimization opportunities in production, logistics, and supply chain.
Develop and implement process improvement strategies, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Create technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and project proposals for remote review and approval.
Collaborate with global teams through virtual meetings and digital collaboration platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends and Industry 4.0 advancements in remote work environments.
