• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in industrial, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficient with ATS and online sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with industrial clients to define recruitment needs for engineers, technicians, and managers.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networks, and direct outreach.
• Conduct interviews and reference checks to ensure candidate fit for industrial roles.
• Manage from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates in industrial and manufacturing fields.
• Provide market insights and guidance on talent availability and compensation trends.
