• Proven experience as Recruitment Consultant or similar role, engineering focus.
• Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines and salary benchmarks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for engineering roles using advanced search techniques and networks.
• Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills and experience.
• Partner closely with clients in the engineering sector to understand their hiring requirements.
