This role requires a strong industrial engineering foundation, proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, and R, and the ability to map processes, run simulations, and present findings clearly to client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aquantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, OR or Statistics.
• 4+ years in process analysis or similar analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python and R.
• Experience with process mapping and simulations is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of industrial processes using data mining and statistics.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and improvement areas.
• Develop process models and simulations to assess solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate remotely with client engineering and operations teams.
• Monitor KPIs related to process efficiency and output.
• Assist in developing SOPs and documentation.
• Research new technologies to enhance process performance.
