Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process analysis, industrial engineering, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and statistical software.
• Experience with process mapping and simulation software is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
