• 6+ years of experience in industrial engineering, process analysis or systems optimization.
• Proven expertise in statistical analysis, data mining and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency with Arena, AnyLogic and data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of industrial operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and utilize simulation models to test proposed process changes.
• Create detailed reports and presentations outlining findings and projected outcomes.
• Collaborate virtually with site-based teams to understand operational challenges.
• Design and implement KPIs to monitor process effectiveness.
• Research and recommend new technologies to enhance system performance.
• Support remote implementation of process improvements and provide guidance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of analyses and recommendations.
