• 4+ years of experience in operations analysis or data-focused roles.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python or R, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong statistical knowledge and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive operational data analysis to identify performance drivers, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop analytical models and dashboards to track KPIs and provide real-time operational insights.
• Collaborate virtually with site managers and operational teams to understand challenges and gather data.
