Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
• Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, and statistical tools (R, Python).
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to operational performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
