Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (IE/OR/Stats/Data Science).
• 7+ years of experience in a similar analytical role focusing on industrial operations.
• Proficient in R or Python and SAS; experience with SQL.
• Experience with simulation software and optimization techniques.
• Strong communication and ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in a remote setting is a plus.
• Ability to design dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement advanced analytical models to assess operational performance, identify trends, and forecast future needs.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analyses of operational issues and propose data-backed solutions.
• Design and utilize simulation models to test the impact of proposed changes to operations, policies, or resource allocations.
