Job summary
Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Equipment Specialist to join our support division in a remote-first capacity. You will provide high-level remote technical support for industrial equipment, using advanced diagnostics to resolve complex issues and ensure client uptime.
You will train clients virtually, maintain thorough records, and liaise with R&D and product teams to drive service improvements while delivering exceptional customer service from a distributed team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in technical support or equipment specialist role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level remote technical support and troubleshooting for specialized industrial equipment.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct virtual training sessions and provide detailed guidance to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to drive service improvements.
