Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in industrial engineering with a track record in design and improvement.
- Proficiency with process mapping software (Visio) and simulation tools.
- Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Design new production and operational processes from concept through implementation.
- Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization using Lean principles.
- Develop detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and training materials.
- Utilize simulation and modeling tools to test and validate process designs before implementation.
- Collaborate virtually with project teams, stakeholders, and SMEs to gather requirements and ensure successful process integration.
