Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Industrial Engineer specialized in Continuous Improvement to drive significant operational enhancements from a remote setting. You will collaborate virtually with site teams to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity across locations in the North West province and beyond.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in CI, and expertise in lean/Six Sigma with strong data analysis and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial engineering focused on continuous improvement.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma; certification desirable.
• Proficient in data analysis and project management tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead and facilitate virtual continuous improvement projects using lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for performance enhancement.
• Develop and document improved processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Conduct remote assessments of existing processes and recommend strategic changes for efficiency and cost savings.
• Train and mentor operational teams on continuous improvement techniques through virtual platforms.
• Track and report on the progress and impact of improvement initiatives.
