Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer focused on Operations Excellence to support operations remotely with occasional travel. You will drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across distributed sites by analysing processes and implementing data-driven solutions and best practices.

The role requires a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, strong data analysis skills, and experience with process mapping and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in industrial engineering with a focus on operations improvement.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate into improvement strategies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for virtual environments.
• Experience with process mapping software and project management tools.

Responsabilités

• Analyze operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and performance metrics to track progress.
• Facilitate and lead virtual workshops and training sessions on process improvement techniques.
• Collaborate with site leadership and operational teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
• Conduct remote analysis of plant layouts and workflows to suggest optimal configurations.
