Remote Recruitment is hiring an Inbound Sales Agent for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, handling inbound enquiries and turning them into booked sales.

You will be the first voice prospects hear when they call or message a UK business. You will answer enquiries, understand what the customer needs, and guide them to a confident buying decision. This is a full-time, remote role aligned to UK hours.

Qualifications

• Inbound sales or telesales experience preferred.
• Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho.
• Clear, fluent spoken and written English are essential.
• Ability to hit targets and work toward deadlines.
• Reliable laptop and stable internet connection required.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls, chats and emails from prospects.
• Qualify needs and recommend products or services.
• Quote, close sales and process orders accurately.
• Log conversations and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Meet weekly conversion and response-time targets.
