Remote Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Agent for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own customer queries from first contact to resolution.

You will be the friendly voice of a UK business, helping customers by email, chat and phone and solving problems the first time. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK hours: 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).

Formación

• Experience in customer service or support.
• Clear, friendly written and spoken English.
• Experience with a helpdesk tool such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
• Calm approach when handling complaints.
• Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer queries by email, chat and phone.
• Log and track cases in the helpdesk system.
• Resolve issues or elevate with clear notes.
• Process orders, returns and account changes.
• Share feedback that helps improve the service.
